The concept for the KwiKDrop USA pedestal was created out of necessity by our President/CEO, Orville Welker. Being an avid fisherman himself, he realized that removing the front seat of a boat for running or towing has long

sense been a problem for all fishing boat owners. Most boat owners do not remove the front seat due to the

inconvenience of a traditional pedestal, even though not doing so creates a blind spot for the driver that could

result in serious safety issues. Owners of the collapsible KwiKDrop USA pedestal don’t have this inconvenience. They simply give a slight lift, and the seat lowers, completely eliminating any blind spot. When they’re ready to set up

again, pull the seat back up and they are good to go. No other similar product is on the market today.

 

Although the KwiKDrop USA pedestal is currently marketed as a collapsible boat seat pedestal, additional functionality possibilities are almost endless. A KwikDrop USA could be attached to nearly any item that requires lifting and lowering on a regular basis.
